Icon Las Olas is the much anticipated 42-story luxury condo to be built at 500 East Las Olas Boulevard.

Formerly the site of Hyde Park Market along the New River, this is no doubt the best location in Downtown Fort Lauderdale.

The 4 West Las Olas tower would have 260 multifamily units in 25 stories, plus 3,95 square feet of retail and 367 parking spaces. It would have a pool deck on the roof. Unit’s residential space would total 304,034 square feet, or 1,169 square feet per unit. The unit size would break down to 17 studios, 125 one-bedroom units, 106 two-bedroom units, 11 three-bedroom units and one penthouse.

100 East Las Olas

735,029-square-foot building at an estimated cost of $200 million. The design by SB Architects shows 228 hotel rooms, 121 condos, a pool and amenity deck, retail space on the ground floor with a restaurant featuring outdoor seating on popular Las Olas Boulevard, and 507 parking spaces. The hotel would be on floors seven through 14 and the condos would be stacked from floors 15 through 46.

Condos could range from 1,822 square feet to 2,557 square feet, including balcony space. There would be one penthouse of 5,054 square feet. The average unit size would be 2,119 square feet.
